Business Filings
The Harrow County Clerk's office maintains records of all business entities registered within the county. Use this section to search for existing entities, file new registrations, or locate annual report filings.
This portal is operating in read-only mode. New filings and updates must be submitted in person at the Harrow County Courthouse or by certified mail.

Filing Requirements
All business entities operating in Harrow County are subject to Georgia Secretary of State registration requirements (O.C.G.A. Title 14). Local business license requirements are administered separately by the county tax commissioner. Contact the county clerk for current fee schedules and processing times.
Filing office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The office is closed on state and county holidays.
